Order Processing
All orders are processed within 0 to 1 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your place the order. You will receive a notification when your order has been shipped.
Delivery period
Your order will be dispatched on same day or next day after confirming order. It will reach your place within 2 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
In-store pickup
After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up on the same day. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Free shipping
We pay the Transport charge and dispatch your order to your nearest godown by any transport (like MSS Transport, AKR Parcel service, KPN Parcel service, VRL Logistics, ARC Logistics…) which is convenient and nearest godown to your location.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at suryaindustries.cbe@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY
Reasons:
We have a 2-Day return policy. We only accept returns for orders that get delivered to you in a damaged condition.
Returns:
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us within 2 days of delivery at suryaindustries.cbe@gmail.com call us at +919600255979 with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. Please do not use the product and put it back in its original packaging. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Replacement Of Product:
It sounds like you're stating a policy where products can only be exchanged, not refunded for money. If you're trying to convey this information clearly to customers, you might want to rephrase it for better clarity, in case you opt for a refund we will arrange to get the product picked up from you. Once we receive the product which may take up to 3-6 days we would process a exchange. "We replacement product delivery within 0-3 days."
Return for any other reason:
If you want to return your product for any other reason like wrong size ordered etc. we will accept it. But, we will be deducting the courier charge we incurred while sending you the product and while taking it back from you.
